History Of Nerina Estates

The first time my family visited Boknesstrand was in December 1980. At first we stayed in the caravan park that does not exist anymore but after about 3 years of camping my father decided to buy a stand and built our own holiday house. We came to Boknesstrand about four times a year and in 1992 my family decided to come and live in Boknesstrand permanently and I (Nerina) followed in 1993. In 2002 my mother and I decided to start our own estate agency and that was the origin of Nerina Estates.

Although I moved to Randburg, Johannesburg the agency is still going strong. Sienie, Tim and Rica are our sales agents and without the help of my father David we could not do it (helping with all the signs, etc.) They are also keeping me up to date and give me feedback on regular basis so that I can keep our website up to date.

We are a registered agency with experienced agents and we believe in honesty and to put the clients needs first.

Our company’s success is totally in the hands of the Lord and therefore our logo is Ps 23 because without His leadership the company would not have been there.
